Satisfaction Guaranteed
At BellaBoo Designs and Events, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the event planning and design services provided, please contact us within calendar 7 days of the event date. We will work closely with you to address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please inform us at least calendar 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within calendar 7-14 days of the event will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within calendar 7 days of the event are non-refundable. See Terms & Conditions
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. See Terms & Conditions
