Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, with all modifications effective immediately upon posting to the website. A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee is required to officially secure your event date on our calendar, signifying acceptance of these terms. Any alterations or modifications to your contract must receive our written consent, as requests for changes may require new submissions and incur additional fees. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions when necessary if materials received are not of suitable quality, while maintaining the integrity of the proposed design scheme. All designs conceptually presented or produced as proposed are copyrighted and remain our sole property.

Cancellation Policy

All payments made toward your event are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you terminate the agreement sixty (60) calendar days or less from the scheduled event date, you will be required to pay all fees in full. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, public health emergency, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control), all retainers remain non-refundable, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event subject to our availability. Should your event be postponed due to force majeure, additional fees may be incurred, and a substitute representative may be present on our behalf for the rescheduled date. For events that run beyond proposed times, additional hourly charges will apply per staff member.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy as all retainer fees and payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. After final payment (due thirty days before your event), any reductions to your order will result in a redistribution of materials to enhance other design elements rather than a refund. If your event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, there shall be no refunds for payments already received, though you may be responsible for direct out-of-pocket expenses we've incurred for your event.

Additional items requested after final payment require immediate payment, and we cannot accept requests for additional items fourteen (14) days or less before the scheduled event. For questions regarding our refund policy, please contact us directly through the information provided on our website.
